We couldn't have been more pleased with the overall customer service displayed by Nancy. We were so impressed with her 9 years ago, we searched her out for our return back this week. Nancy took the time to get to know our likes and dislikes...then put together a great two day itinerary for us. She was supremely organized and flexible, and I give her my highest recommendation. Nancy was awesome. She helped us determine some wineries to visit, picked us up at our rental house 30 minutes away from our destination and made sure we started at the right place before the trip even began. Nancy was ready to the minute we were done to pick us up for the next spot. Rockstar status as far as we're concerned! Thanks, Nancy! |

Nancy ecceded our expectations. She meet us at the rental car, drove us to each winery, and was fun to talk to along the way. The best way to do Napa because we were able to pick which winery we wanted to go to. |

Nancy was great from the time we booked her. Nancy called us and provided us some great recommendations. She picked us promptly at 9:00 am. We had set our itinerary but we open to suggestions. We had a great day and enjoyed her stories she shared with us. We hope to see her next year. |
